Luego de detectar que en la Sentencia C-539/19 se omitió inadvertidamente recolectar la firma de la Magistrada Cristina Pardo Schlesinger, a pesar de que participó en la sesión de la Sala Plena celebrada el día 13 de noviembre de 2019 y, por consiguiente, en la decisión adoptada en el referido fallo, se profiere el presente auto para subsanar tal omisión.
En consecuencia se dispone que, en la Sentencia C-539/19 se recolecte nuevamente las rúbricas de todos los magistrados de la Sala Plena y se notifique debidamente firmada.
